Lauren Franco
Bio: Lauren Franco is wife to Andy and mother to three wonderful kids who are 7, 10, and 12. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest and loves it! Hiking and drinking coffee are two of her favorite hobbies. While she has volunteered and been on staff in church most of her life, she finds herself in a season of ministry that looks very different. Two years ago she felt the Lord lead her into a time of ministering to her family. Lauren has loved continuing to lead worship at Crossroads community church as well as volunteering in Women’s ministry.

Courtney Young
​Bio: Courtney Young is a singer-songwriter, part of “The Responding” collective, and worship leader at Crossroads Community Church. She resides in the PNW with her husband and four children.
Bella Tolentino
Bio: Bella Tolentino is community-driven and passionate about worship, music and ministry. She currently serves at Crossroads Community Church as a keyboardist and also teaches private lessons at her home. She loves food, trying out new cuisines and drinking coffee. She and her husband live in Camas, WA.
